Veggie Pizza

Ingredients :

For Dough (To Prepare Crust):

All Purpose Flour - 5 cups
Yeast - 1 full sachet
Salt - 1 tbs
Sugar - 1 tbs
Warm Water - 2 cups

Preparation :

Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm water and set aside till it foams.Now add this and salt to the flour and make a fine flexible round dough and keep it in aside until it rises to double of its original size approximately about 20-30 minutes.Then refrigerator it overnight.Don't cover any lid on the dough,keep it open.Next day the top surface of the dough will be hard and dried up.
Next roll the dough with little amount of all purpose flour making sure that the dried dough goes below.


 After rolling the below part looks as the below picture shows.

Ingredients for Toppings :

Mozzarella Cheese - 1 cup

Bertolli sauce / Marinara sauce - 5 tbs to spread on crust

Veggies of your choice - 2 cups
(I used Bell Peppers,Onions,Tomatoes,Asparagus,Peas & corn,Beans)

Preparation of pizza :

When the dough is rolled,spread sauce evenly and then spread the cheese.

You can bake this and have as cheese pizza,if not go ahead and add veggies on top of it.Add little salt to the vegetables and mix before adding them.

Now pre-heat the oven to 500 degree and place this prepared roll on the oven tray and insert it inside the oven for 7 minutes or till it turn light brown in color.

Cut into triangle shaped pieces and enjoy when hot with soft drinks.
