Mango Rice

Ingredients :

Rice - 2 cups
Raw Mango (Grated) - 1/2 cup
Urad dal - 1/2 tbs
Chana dal - 1/2 tbs
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tbs
Cumin seeds (Jeera) - 1/2 tbs
Green chilli (Split) - 3 chillies
Garlic cloves (Chopped) - 2 cloves
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbs
Salt - To taste

Preparation :

Cook rice into grain wise and cool it.
On the other side take a pan,add oil,chana dal,urad dal,mustard seeds and let them splutter.Then add cumin seeds,chopped garlic,green chillies and fry for sometime.Next add the grated mango,turmeric powder,salt and fry this until the water from the mango is evaporate.Now let it cool.
When cooled mix the cooked rice and garnish with cilantro leaves..
Mango rice is ready to serve..
