Pav Bhaji

Ingredients :

Boiled and smashed Potatoes - 2 medium size Potatoes
Mixed Vegetables (Carrot,peas,beans) - 2 cups
Onions (Chopped) -1 Onion
Tomatoes (Chopped) - 2 Tomatoes
Garam Masala - 1/2 tbs
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tbs
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tbs
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbs
MTR Pav Bhaji - 3 tbs
Oil - 3 tbs
Salt - To Taste
Red Chilli Powder - 1tbs
Water - 1/4 cup
Cilantro Leaves (Chopped) - To Garnish
Preparation :

Take a vessel add oil,Cumin seeds,onions and cook till the onions turn translucent.Then,add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder and roast for sometime,Now add tomatoes,mixed vegetables,garam masala,coriander powder,red chilli powder,salt,pav Bhaji masala and mix well and cook on low flame closing the lid.When the tomatoes are cooked add the smashed potatoes,water and mix well.Cook this for 5-10 minutes and garnish with cilantro leaves.
On the other side cut the pav into two pieces and roast on a pan by spraying oil or butter or ghee on medium flame.Now Pav Bhaji is ready to serve with lemon and finely chopped onions.
