Cabbage Paratha

Ingredients :

Grated Cabbage-2 cups
Chapathi dough-2 cups
Ginger garlic paste-1 table spoon
Turmeric powder-a pinch
Oil-2 table spoon

For Paste Preparation :

Green chillies-6 nos
Garlic-1 pieces
cumin seeds-1/2 tbs spoon
salt-As required

Preparation of stuff :  

Squeeze the grated cabbage till the water is all drained from it and is dry 
Take a pan,add 2 table spoon of oil,ginger garlic paste and the paste made above.
Now add turmeric powder,grated cabbage and fry for 2 mins.
Cool it n keep aside

Now make small balls of dough and press each balls and fill the stuff and press it from all the sides n make a ball.
Now roll it and make parathas.

Cabbage paratha is ready to serve with curd or Tomato ketchup
This same procedure can be done for Radish paratha and gobi paratha also..

**TIP** The squeezed water from the cabbage can be used to mix the chapathi flour for dough preparation.
