Ingredients :
Puffed rice(Murmura)
Chopped Onion-1 big cup
Chopped Tomato-1 cup
Chopped Green chillies-4
Chopped Garlic-1 table spoon
Tamarind paste-1/4 table spoon
Turmeric powder-1/4 table spoon
Sugar-1/2 table spoon
Salt-As required
Roasted Chana dal powder-1/2 cup
Sesame seeds-1/4 tbs spoon
Cumin seeds-1/2 tbs spoon
Water-1/4 cup
Oil-2 table spoon
Preparation :
Take a pan,add oil,sesame seeds,cumin seeds,garlic,chillies,onions,turmeric powder and fry for a while.
Now add tomato,tamarind paste,sugar and salt and fry till they are soft.
Now on the other side mix the roasted chana dal powder in water and add to the pan and cook just for 2-3 mins.
Leave it down till it cools...
Later, mix it with the puffed rice and a little amount of roasted chana dal powder.
Mix it well and serve with hot hot Bhajji Mirchi...
