Dosa Recipe

Ingredients :
Rice-3 cups(I prefer brown rice)
Urad dal-1 cup
Chana dal-1 tbs
Toor dal-1 tbs
Poha-1 table spoon
Fenugreek seeds(methi seeds)-1/4 table spoon
salt-as required



Preparation :
Soak rice,urad dal,chana dal,toor dal, poha and fenugreek seeds in water for 8 hrs...
Drain the water and grind it to a fine paste.
Now leave the batter to ferment for 8-10 hrs.
When it is fermented add salt and make dosa's.

Once it is roasted to golden brown in color serve it with coconut or peanut chutney and potato curry.

**Tip** If the weather is cold and fermentation is difficult then heat the conventional oven for 2 mins at 350 degree every 4 hrs and keep it in a tight container.
