Ingredients :
Idli rava-3 cups
Urad dal-1 cup
Thin poha-3 tbs spoon
Salt-As required
Preparation :
Soak urad dal for 2 hrs.
Soak poha in water for 2 min n drain the water.
Now grind the urad dal and poha to a fine batter.
Soak idli rava in hot water for 1/2hr and drain the water.
Now mix the grinded paste to the idli rava and Keep it for 8 hrs to ferment.
After it is fermented add salt and prepare idlis with this batter....
**Tip** If the weather is cold and fermentation is difficult then heat the conventional oven for 2 mins at 350 degree every 4 hrs and keep it in a tight container.
