Sabudana Talipatt(Sabudana Dosa)

Ingredients :

Sabudana-2 cups
Rice flour-1/2 cup
Butter milk-4 table spoon
Green chilli-3
Ginger-Garlic paste-1/2 tbs spoon
Cumin seeds-1/2 tbs spoon
Salt-as required
Onions(Finely Chopped)-1/2 cup

Preparation :

Soak Sabudana for 6hrs in water and buttermilk....Now,make a fine paste of green chillies,cumin seeds and salt.
When the sabudana are ready,smash them and add rice flour, grinded paste,onions and salt...Also,add required amount of  water to make it like a Dosa batter consistency
Take a small amount of batter and spread it like a dosa on the pan in a medium flame.Pour oil with a table spoon evenly on the talipatt and close it with a lid...After sometime turn it on the other side and roast.

Now Sabudana Talipatt is ready to serve


Its very tasty when hot....
It is good if served with coconut chutney.
