Left over rice Dosa (Talipatt)






Ingredients : 

Cooked rice (Left over rice)-2cups
Jowar flour-3 table spoon
Wheat flour-4 table spoon
Besan flour-3 table spoon
Ragi flour-2 table spoon
All purpose flour-4 tbs
Red chilli powder or green chilli paste-As required
Salt-As required
Grated carrot-1
Grated radish-1/4 cup
Onions-1/4 cup

Preparation :

Take a bowl,add left over rice and smash it,then add jowar flour,wheat flour,besan flour,ragi flour,red chilli powder,salt ,onions,grated carrot,grated radish and mix it.
Now add water to get a consistency of dosa...

Put it on the pan with a medium flame n spread it with ur fingers like a dosa...pour oil n close it with a lid for 1min...now open the lid n turn it on the other side n leave for 1 more min...

Now the leftover rice Dosa is ready to serve
Serve it when hot with curd or chutney.

This recipe is good when large quantity of  rice is left over...
