Vegetable Fried Rice


Ingredients :

Onions(Chopped length wise)-1 cup
Bell peppers(all colors chopped length wise)-1 cup
Peas,Beans,Corn,Carrot(Mixed)-2 cup
Green chilies-3
Rice-2 cups
Salt-To taste
Soya sauce-1 tbs
Chilli sauce-2 tbs
Oil-3 tbs
Ginger-garlic paste-1/2 tbs


Preparation :

Cook rice such that each grain is separate and keep aside and cool it.
Now,Take a vessel and add oil,green chillies,onions and fry it the onions turn translucent.Next add mixed vegetables,capsicum and fry till they are cooked soft.Later,add soy sauce,salt,chilli sauce and cook it by closing the lid.Once it is done add the cooked rice and fry for sometime and serve when hot.
