Crispy Masala Vada

Ingredients :

Chana Dal - 1 Cup
Urad Dal - 1/2 Cup
Split Yellow Moong Dal - 1/4 Cup
Onion (Finely Chopped) - 1 Onion
Ginger - 1/2 Inch
Garlic - 1 Clove
Green Chillies - 2
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tbs
Salt - To Taste
Cilantro Leaves - To Garnish

Preparation :

Soak Chana dal,Urad dal,split moong dal for 4-5 hours.Then,grind it by adding green chillies,ginger,garlic,cumin seeds and salt without adding water for just 2-3 times in pulse mode.Make sure not to grind it into a fine paste..

Now add the chopped Onions,Chopped Cilantro and mix..

Now heat Oil on a medium flame and when heated take a small ball size batter and pat it on your palm.

Now deep fry them till they turn golden brown in color..

Masala Vadas are ready to serve..Enjoy it with Tomato Ketchup
