Ingredients :
Rice (I refer Brown Rice) - 3 cups
Urad Dal - 1 cup
Poha (Thick or thin) - 1 cup
Fenugreek Seeds (Methi seeds) - 1/4 tbs
Yogurt (Curd) - 1 tbs
Preparation :
Soak Brown rice,Urad dal,Fenugreek seeds,Poha in water for 6-8 hours.Now add curd and grind it.
Make a fine paste by adding required amount of water.
Mix it well and place it in a tight container for fermentation for 10-12 hours.When fermented add salt and mix it.Now heat a pan,pour 2 big soup spoon full of batter and spread it bit thicker and smaller and then spray oil on it.
Roast it till golden brown and its ready to serve.
Set Dosa is ready to serve with potato curry and coconut chutney..
*Tip* If the weather is cold and fermentation is difficult then heat the conventional oven for 2 mins at 350 degree every 4 hrs for 3 times.
