Ingredients :
Potato (Peeled and cooked for 3 whistles) - 2 Medium size
Onion (Cut Lenghtwise) - 1 small size
Green Chillies (Chopped) - 2 Chillies
Chana Dal - 1 tbs
Urad Dal - 1 tbs
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tbs
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tbs
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tbs
Lemon Juice - 1/4 tbs
Sugar - If needed
Salt - To Taste
Cilantro Leaves (Chopped) - To Garnish
Preparation :
Take a pan add 2 tbs oil,Chana dal,urad dal,mustard seeds and let them splutter,later add cumin seeds,chillies,onions and roast till the onions are light golden brown in color.Then,add turmeric powder, 3 tbs water,salt,lemon juice,sugar,salt,cilantro leaves and let it boil for 1 minute.
Now smash the boiled potatoes and mix it well.
Potato curry is ready to serve.Enjoy it with Dosa and Chapathi.
*Tip* If you have left over potato curry then you can prepare Aloo Bonda with it.
