Mysore Bajji

Ingredients :

All purpose flour (Maida) - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1/4 cup
Course sooji - 2 tbs
Yogurt (Sour Curd) - 1 cup
Salt - To taste
Cooking soda - A pinch
Chilli paste (paste made with green chillies,ginger,garlic,salt & cumin seeds) - 1/2 tbs
Cilantro leaves (Chopped) - To garnish
Onions (Finely chopped) - 1/2 onion
Water - If needed

Preparation :

Mix all the above ingredients and prepare a fine thick paste and set aside for 1 hour.

Next heat oil and drop the batter with a spoon or hand carefully.Now fry them till golden brown on a medium flame.

Mysore Bajji's are ready to serve.Enjoy it when hot..
