Uttapam Recipe

Ingredients :

Left Over Idli or Dosa Batter - 2 cups
(Look For my Idli and dosa batter preparation)
Grated Carrot - 1 Big Carrot
Onions (Finely Chopped) - 1 Medium Size Onion
Tomato (Chopped) - 1 Tomato
Green Chillies (Chopped) - 3 Chillies
Oil - To prepare Uttapam
Peanut Podi - To Spread (Optional)


Preparation :

Spread Dosa / Idli Batter on a pan and spread Onions,Carrot,Tomatoes,Green Chillies,Peanut Podi and spray oil on the uttapam.

When the edge of the uttapam turns golden brown,turn it on roast by spraying some more oil around the uttapam.

Now Uttapam is ready to serve with Coconut Chutney when Hot.
