Ingredients :
Green Chutney (Look for my recipe) - 4 tbs
Bread slices - 6
Vegetables (cucumber,tomatoes,lettuce) - 2 cups
You can also use bell peppers and onions
Salt - To sprinkle
Tomato Ketchup - 3 tbs
Chilli sauce - To Taste
Preparation :
1) Wash and slice the vegetables in round wise and set aside.
2) Toast the bread on a pan by spraying some oil.
3) After toasting spread tomato ketchup,green chutney and chilli sauce.
4) Add the vegetables and sprinkle some salt to taste.
5) Add the other slice on the top of this and cut diagonally ..
Vegetable Sandwich is ready to serve..
