Ingredients :
Sabudana (Soaked for 4-6 hrs) - 2 cups
Rice Flour - 4 tbs (optional)
Onions (Finely Chopped) - 1/2 onion
Green Chilli (Chopped) or green chilli paste - 3 chillies or 1/2 tbs
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tbs
Salt - To Taste
Ginger (Grated) - 1/4 tbs
Cilantro Leaves (Chopped) - 5 sprigs
Oil - For frying
Preparation :
1) Smash Sabudana with your palm.Don't smash too much
2) Add rice flour,onions,green chillies,ginger,salt,cumin seeds,cilantro leaves and mix well.
3) Now sprinkle some water and mix it well.
4)Take a small ball size dough and pat it in your palm by applying some water.
5) Dip in the hot oil and fry on medium flame till they turn golden brown in color.
Sabudan Vada's are ready to enjoy when hot with tomato ketchup..
