Ragi Ganji (Ragi Malt)





Ingredients :

Ragi flour-1 cup
Cumin seeds-1/4 table spoon
Chopped Garlic-1/4 table spoon
Salt-As required
Butter milk-1 cup
Water-2 cup

Preparation :

Mix ragi flour in water to form a fine paste and keep it aside.
Take a pan, add water, garlic, cumin seeds, salt and boil it.
When it starts boiling add the ragi flour paste and keep on stirring.
Now add butter milk and leave for a minute and turn of the flame.

Now Ragi ganji is ready to serve..
It is very nutritious and good during summer.
