Crispy Rava Dosa

 
Ingredients :

Course Sooji (rava)-1 cup
Rice flour-2 table spoon
Finely chopped onion-1/2 cup
Finely chopped green chillies-2
Salt-As required
Cumin Seeds-1/4 tbs
Chopped coriander leaves
Chopped Curry leaves
Water- As need to make the batter
Oil-To prepare Dosa


Preparation :

Take a bowl, add sooji, rice flour, onions, chillies, salt, coriander leaves, curry leaves, water and mix well. Keep it aside for 20 min.
Now add more water to make a very thin watery batter.

Now prepare dosa's by sprinkling the batter on a hot pan and roast it on medium flame till they turn  golden brown.


Rava Dosa is really yummy to eat.Serve when hot with Coconut Chutney..
