Ingredients :
Course Sooji (Rava)-2 cups
Chopped onions-1 cup
Chopped green chillies-5
Turmeric Powder-a pinch
Sour curd or butter milk-1/2 cup
Salt-As required
Sodium bicarbonate- a pinch
Oil
Preparation :
Take a bowl,add sooji,onions,chillies,turmeric powder,curd or butter milk,salt and sodium bicarbonate and mix well.Add required amount of water to make a fine batter.
Keep it aside for 10 min n mix well and prepare them.
Instant paddu is ready to serve.
