Jolada vade (Jowar Vada)

Ingredients:
Jowar flour-1 cup
Wheat flour-2 cups
Green chillies-4
garlic-2cloves
Cumin seeds-1/2 tbs spoon
salt-To taste
Hing(Asafoetida)-A pinch
oil

Preparation:
Make a fine paste of green chillies,garlic,cumin seeds and salt with a small amount of water.
Take a bowl,add jowar flour,wheat flour,grinded paste,hing and salt.
Mix all these and add water till u get a consistency of dough like chapathi
Keep it aside for 8 hrs.
Take a small amount of dough and roll it with 2-3 drops of oil like a size of poori.
Now fry them till they are brown in colour.

Jowar Vada is ready to serve with coconut chutney.
Serve when hot...
