Junaka Recipe

Ingredients :

Besan flour-1/4 cup
Chopped onion-1/4 cup
Chopped green chillies-2
Sesame seeds-1/2 tbs spoon
Cumin seeds-1/2 tbs spoon
Turmeric powder-a pinch
Garlic-1 piece
Water-1 1/2 cup
Salt-To taste
Tamarind paste-1/2 tbs spoon
sugar-1/4 tbs spoon
Oil-2 tbs

Preparation :

Take a bowl,add water and besan flour to make it into a fine paste without forming lumps...
Take a pan,Add 2 table spoon of oil,sesame seeds,cumin seeds,chopped chillies,garlic,chopped onion,turmeric powder and fry till the onions turn golden brown.
Now add water,tamarind paste,sugar and boil it...When the water starts boiling add the mixed paste of besan flour and stir it for a while and leave it for 2 min....
It should be in soup consistence.

Now Junaka is ready to serve
It is a good combination with Hot Roti...
