Ingredients :
Rice-1 cup
Fenugreek (Methi) seeds-1/4 tbs
Puffed rice(Murmura)-8 cups
Butter milk or curd-1/4 cup
Salt-To taste
Oil or butter-To roast
Preparation :
Soak rice and fenugreek seeds for about 6 hrs
Grind the rice by adding butter milk or curd into a fine paste.
Now,soak the puffed rice and drain the water from it and mix it well with the rice paste.
Keep it aside for 8 hrs for fermentation and when fermented add salt and water to make the batter to dosa consistency..
Take a pan,pour small amount of batter and spread the batter to form small,thick dosa,Now sprinkle oil or butter on it and prepare ....
Now set dosa is ready to serve with potato curry and coconut chutney.
