Barley Dosa



Ingredients :

Barley-3 cups
Urad Dal-1 cup
Fenugreek seeds(Methi seeds)-1/4 tbs
Salt-To taste
Oil-To prepare Dosa



Preparation :

Soak barley,Urad dal and fenugreek seeds in water for 8 hrs.Next,grind it into a fine paste and ferment overnight in a air tight container.When fermented add salt and water if required to get dosa batter consistency.

Serve Hot Dosa's with Coconut chutney and Potato curry..

Number of Servings-8

**Tip** If the weather is cold and fermentation is difficult then heat the conventional oven for 2 mins at 350 degree every 4 hrs for 3 times.
