Carrot Halwa(Gajar Ka Halwa)




Ingredients :

Grated Carrot-10 big carrots
Ghee-4 tbs
Sugar-1 cup
Milk-1/4 cup


For Garnishing :

Ghee-2 tbs
Cashews (split)-15
Raisins-3 tbs

Take a pan,heat ghee and fry cashews and raisins till they turn brown.


Preparation :

Take a pan,heat ghee and add grated carrot and fry on medium flame till the carrot turns yellow in colour and is cooked well.Now,add sugar and milk.Let it cook for sometime and then garnish it.
