Carrot-Beetroot Paratha







Ingredients :

For Dough :

Wheat Flour-2 cups
Water-For preparing Dough
Oil-1 tbs

To Stuff :

Grated Carrot-6 medium
Grated Beetroot-1 small
Ginger-Garlic Paste-1/4 tbs
Green Chilli Paste or Red Chilli Powder-1/2 tbs
Salt- To Taste
Lemon Juice-1/2 tbs
Oil-For Paratha's


Preparation :

Green Chilli Paste Preparation- Grind Green chillies,salt,cumin seeds and garlic (DON'T ADD WATER)

Make Chapathi Dough and set it aside for 1/2 hr(Minimum) this makes the paratha's to be softer.
Take a pan,add 1 tbs of oil,grated carrot,grated beetroot,ginger garlic paste and roast till all the water evaporates from it.Now,add green chilli paste or red chilli powder,salt and lemon juice and mix well.When done cool it and prepare paratha's.

Paratha's are ready to serve when hot.
It can be served with Curd or Tomato Ketchup.
