Red Chilli Powder-1/4 tbs
Salt-To Taste
Ajwain-1/4 tbs
Coriander Powder- 1/4 tbs
Garam Masala-1/4 tbs
Ginger-Garlic Paste-1/4 tbs
Turmeric powder-A Pinch
Sodium Bicarbonate-A Pinch
Cilantro Leaves(Finely Chopped)
Oil- For Frying
Serve when hot with Tomato Ketchup

Preparation :
Mix Besan Flour,Salt,Red Chilli Powder,Ajwain,Sodium Bicarbonate,Garam Masala,Coriander Powder,Ginger Garlic paste,Chopped Cilantro and mix with water to form batter.Now Dip the bread pieces in the batter and make Pakoras.
Serve when hot with Tomato Ketchup
