Ingredients :
Brussel Sprouts (Finely Chopped)- 10
Green Chillies (Chopped)- 2
Cumin Seeds- 1/2 tbs
Peas and Corn (Optional)- 1/2 Cup
Onion (Finely Chopped)- 1/4 Cup
Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tbs
Ginger Garlic Paste- 1/4 tbs
Salt- To Taste
Oil- 2 tbs
Preparation :
Take a pan and add Oil,Cumin seeds,chopped chillies,onions,peas,corn and fry.Later add Ginger garlic paste,Turmeric powder and chopped Brussels.Now fry on low flame without adding water and let it cook for 10 minutes.When cooked add salt and serve with Hot Chapathi..
