Ingredients :
Finely Chopped Cabbage-3 cups
Channa Dal-2 tbs
Urad Dal-2 tbs
Cumin seeds-1/2 tbs
Mustard seeds-1/2 tbs
Turmeric powder-1/2 tbs
Green Chillies(Chopped)-2
Salt-To taste
Oil- 2 tbs
Coriander Leaves (Chopped)-To Garnish
Preparation :
Take a pan,add oil,mustard seeds,channa dal,urad dal and fry all till they turn golden brown.Now add green chillies,turmeric powder,cabbage and cook on low flame.When it is cooked add salt and garnish with coriander leaves.
It is good when served with hot Chapathi's.
