Pesarattu (Whole Green Gram Dosa)



Ingredients :

Whole green moong dal-2 cups
Garlic cloves-2
Green chillies-2-3
Cumin seeds-1/2 tbs
Salt-To taste
Chopped Onions-1 cup
Grated Carrot-1 cup (Optional)




Preparation :

Soak whole moong dal overnight.Next day drain the water and grind it into the consistency of Dosa batter by adding garlic, Green chillies,cumin seeds,salt and water to it.

Now make Dosa's add chopped onions and grated carrot inside and fold it when done.
It tastes good when hot and serve with coconut chutney.
