Ingredients :
Pasta-3 cups
Mixed vegetables (Carrot,Beans,Broccoli,Peas)-1 1/2 cup
Bell pepper (Chopped length wise)-1/2 cup
Onions (Chopped length wise)-1 cup
Pasta Sauce (combination of Tomatoes,Basil and Garlic)-6 tbs
Salt- To taste
Sugar-1/2 tbs
Chilli sauce-1/2 to 1 tbs (Depending on how spicy you need)
Ginger Garlic paste-1/2 tbs
Oil-3 tbs
Preparation :
Boil pasta, drain the water and keep it aside.
Take a vessel add Oil,onions,bell peppers and fry them till they turn golden brown. Now,add mixed vegetables and fry on medium flame till they are cooked.Add ginger garlic paste,Pasta paste,salt,sugar,chilli sauce and mix all and cook on low flame by closing the lid.When done add the boiled pasta and mix it.
Now serve hot hot Pasta..
Number of Servings-4
You can also add cheese while preparing.
