Ingredients :
Rice flour-4 cups
Roasted Peanut powder -1 cup
Sesame seeds-3 tbs
Ajwain-1 tbs
Butter or ghee-1 tbs
Red chilli powder-3 tbs
Salt-As required
Oil-For frying
Preparation :
Take a vessel,add all the mentioned above ingredients and mix to a smooth dough by adding water as needed.Now prepare the murruku and fry on medium flame till they turn light brown in colour and become hard.
Cool them and keep them in a air tight container for crunchiness.
You can also try using roasted chana dal(putana) powder instead of roasted peanut powder,but the quantity remains the same.
