Poha(Avallaki,Atukulu)Chudwa






Ingredients :

Thin Poha-5 cups
Cumin seeds-1/2 tbs
Green chillies(split)-4
peanuts-1/4 cup
Roasted chana dal (Putana)-1/4 cup
Garlic cloves(Chopped)-3
Coriander(Daniya)powder-1/2 tbs
Turmeric powder-1/2 tbs
Sugar-1/4 tbs
Salt-To taste
Oil-3 tbs


Preparation :

First roast Poha on very low flame by frequently turning them until they are hot (For crispness). Then spread and cool them.On the other hand take a vessel,add peanuts,roasted channa dal and fry them,later add cumin seeds,green chillies,garlic,turmeric powder,coriander powder,salt and sugar.Fry for sometime and off the flame and add poha when the gravy is hot and mix it well.

When it is cool you can enjoy the crispy chudwa with Tea or Coffee :-)
