Jowar Roti(Jolada Rotti)

Ingredients :

Jowar Flour-2 Cups
Salt-A pinch
Water-1 Cup

To Prepare Dough:

Take Jowar flour and spread it in a open pan.On one side Boil water and add it to the flour little by little and mix it slowly with a wooden stick and knead the dough.You can add more water if needed.





When Dough is ready take small amount of dough about the size of an orange and make roti's with palm by applying required amount of jowar flour.

Now heat a pan on high flame,when heated put this prepared roti on the pan and spread water on it with a small cloth and turn it and roast.Then turn it on the other side after 5 minutes and press the roti with a towel so that the roti is puffed.

Now Puffed and Hot Roti is ready to serve ..
