Curd (Yogurt)-1 cup
Water-1/2 cup
Ginger-1/2 inch
Garlic Cloves-2
Cilantro Leaves-As needed
Cumin Seeds-1/4 tbs
Salt- To Taste
For Seasoning :
Oil-2 tbs
Cumin Seeds-1/2 tbs
Mustard Seeds-1/4 tbs
Asafoetida (Hing)-A pinch
Curry Leaves(Chopped)- 5 leaves
Cilantro Leaves-To Garnish
Preparation :
Grind Ginger,Garlic,Cumin Seeds and Cilantro leaves to a fine paste.Now blend the curd into buttermilk by adding enough amount of water and when done mix the grinded paste,salt,seasoning and serve..
