Ingredients :
Course Sooji(Bombay Rava)-2 cups
Peas-1/2 cup
Carrot(Grated)-1
Green Chillies(Chopped Finely)-2
Cilantro leaves (Chopped)-As needed
Salt-To Taste
Mustard seeds-1/4 tbs
Cumin seeds-1/4 tbs
Oil-2 tbs
Curd(Sour)-1 cup
Water- To mix
Preparation :
Take a pan add oil, mustard seeds and leave them to pop when they pop add cumin seeds,green chillies,peas, grated carrot and roast it.Now add sooji,salt,cilantro leaves and roast it till the sooji is roasted.When done cool it and mix with curd and set it aside for 15 mins,then add water if needed to make it to a batter of idli.
Now make idli's with the batter in a pressure cooker without closing the whistle on high flame for 15 minutes.
Now serve Rava idli's with coconut Chutney and enjoy :-)
