Steamed Rice Flour Balls With Methi Leaves(Menthe Kadubu)

Ingredients :

Methi Leaves (Chopped) -1 Bunch
Peas and Corn - 1/2 Cup
Carrot (Chopped) - 1 Carrot
Green Chillies (Chopped) - 2
Onions (Chopped)-1/2 Onion
Ginger-Garlic Paste- 1/4 tbs
Salt - To Taste
Cumin Seeds- 1/2 tbs
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tbs

For Dough :

Rice Flour - 2 Cups
Water -3/4 to 1 cup

Preparation of Dough :

First Boil the water and add it to the rice flour.



Now mix it and form the dough and when done add 1 tbs oil and set aside for 5 minutes.

After setting aside make small balls from it and steam them till they are done (Approx 10 mins). Apply little oil to the surface of the steaming plate and steam by covering with a lid on top.

Now on the other side take a pan,heat 2 tbs oil and add cumin seeds,chillies,onions and fry.Later add carrot,peas & corn,ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,methi leaves,salt and cook well.When done add the steamed rice flour balls and mix well.

Steamed Rice Balls are ready to serve.Enjoy it when hot.
It is very Delicious and Healthy..
