Vegetable Cutlet






Ingredients :

Potatoes-2 medium size
Peas-1/2 cup
Carrot (Grated)-2 medium size
Ginger garlic paste-1 tbs
Coriander(Daniya)powder-1 tbs
Cumin seeds-1/2 tbs
Turmeric powder-1/2 tbs
Red chilli powder-1 1/2 tbs
Bread crumbs-1 cup
All purpose flour-2 tbs
Salt- To taste
Oil- For frying


Preparation :

Mix all purpose flour with salt and water and make it into a thin paste and keep it aside.
Now boil potatoes and smash them,then add carrot,peas,chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,ginger garlic paste,cumin seeds and mix them all.





Now make small balls from this mix and flatten it.Later dip it in the all purpose flour paste and immediately dip in the bread crumbs and turn it around. Now press it softly with hands so that the patty should hold the bread crumbs tightly and should not split up while frying.





When done fry them till they turn golden brown and serve when hot with Tomato ketchup.

 **TIP** You can also shallow fry the cutlets with less amount of oil if you don't like deep frying.
