Spinach (Palak) Fry

Ingredients :

Spinach (Chopped) - 1 Bunch
Onions (Chopped) - 1 medium size onion
Ginger - Garlic Paste - 1 tbs
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tbs
Garam Masala - 1/4 tbs
Coriander Powder - 1/4 tbs
Salt - To Taste
Green Chillies (Chopped) - 2 Chillies

Preparation :

Take a pan,add 2 tbs oil,Cumin Seeds,Green Chillies,Onions,Turmeric powder and fry.Then add ginger garlic paste,Chopped Spinach,Salt,Coriander Powder,Garam Masala and mix well.After mixing well cook it on low flame closing the lid.When All the water is evaporated off the flame and serve with Chapathi / Rice..
